Battery light on, battery drains when machine is off. Confirmed cause: A faulty main controller was not shutting down completely, causing a constant parasitic draw that drained the battery overnight. Repair performed: Replaced the Main Controller. Verification: After replacing the controller, a parasitic draw test was performed again. The current draw measured was now within the manufacturer's specification with the key off. The battery was fully charged and held its charge overnight. The battery light on the dash was extinguished. Technician notes: - The high parasitic draw was the key finding.
