Confirmed cause: The directional microswitch inside the joystick assembly had failed internally. It was not closing the circuit for the reverse direction signal. Repair performed: Replaced the joystick assembly. Individual microswitches were not available as a separate service part for this specific joystick model. Verification: After joystick replacement, all drive functions were tested. The machine operated correctly in both forward and reverse from the upper controls.
