Bobcat T86 Engine Air Intake Throttle Actuator (EGR System)

The Bobcat T86 experiences sudden engine power loss, hard engine running, or a rough idle, accompanied by black smoke. Active EGR or intake air throttle actuator fault codes are stored in system memory.

    After clearing any carbon buildup or replacing the component, perform a system intake throttle valve calibration. This allows the ECM module to map the physical endpoints of the new butterfly valve plate.
